Dedicated Credit Repair agrees to give 100% refund of the processing fee if it does not improve “the Client’s” credit. “Improve” shall be defined as increasing the FICO score by an aggregate of 90 points or removing at least 25% of inaccurate or disputed items from the three major credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian and TransUnion within 100 days of the signed agreement or 90 days from the date all requested client documentation was submitted to the bureaus.

"The Client"; must have requested Dedicated Credit Repair to have four (4) or more inaccurate items removed in order to qualify for Dedicated Credit Repair guarantee. “The Client” must have not used a “Credit Repair Company” in the past two years (2) for Dedicated Credit Repair guarantee to be in effect and “The Client” may not have attempted to repair his/her credit on his/her own in the past two (2) years. “The Client” also agrees that collections and charge-off accounts with balances are not included in the Dedicated Credit Repair guarantee. “The Client” must mail an updated credit report from each of the three major credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian and Trans Union every forty (40) days or within 72 hours of receiving the updates for the Dedicated Credit Repair guarantee to apply.

Dedicated Credit Repair guarantee only applies to items Dedicated Credit Repair is requested to remove by “The Client” at the time Dedicated Credit Repair is retained. Any new negative items on the credit report added after the date of initial credit report voids this guarantee. The initial “pull source” of the three major credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian and Trans Union must the exact same “pull source” to accurately reflect comparative analysis for guarantee purposes. “The Client” must take necessary steps to follow the advice of Dedicated Credit Repair Specialists.
